Beyond the Diagnosis Chapter Two: Early years of transitions - Kindergarten to Grade 5
Expanding on the successful Beyond the Diagnosis- Chapter One, Chapter two discusses the many processes involved in transitioning to Kindergarten and to school, the different choices available and the ways in which your growing child may be changing. This set includes only the Chapter two pages and divider to be added to the folder and Chapter One (purchased separately) it includes a section to make notes of your own.
Although the information contained is relevant to all families, the links and resources mentioned are available in the state of Victoria. Australia and each state may have different programs and legislation or the resource may not be available.
